The role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our data projects. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and client success, enabling stakeholders to rely on high-quality data solutions through structured project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization of processes and tools.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Junior Project Manager at Shalion, you are expected to:
Organize the setup of data projects to ensure the customer’s requirements are correctly met and timely implemented.
Manage the upkeep of the projects after delivery, addressing modifications and issues.
Coordinate and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure new and existing projects are correctly led.
Work on tools to automate the monitoring of data quality.
Help implement algorithms to enhance and optimize processes and improve the overall satisfaction of our customers.
Your profile should include the following:
Data-friendly, experienced with Excel, and familiar with SQL.
Familiarity with Project Management tools like Jira or ClickUp.
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project, time, and organizational management skills.
Ability to capture, decompose, and present information clearly.
Clear communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders proactively.
Quick thinker, pragmatic, adaptable, innovative problem solver, and self-motivated.
Comfortable challenging the current state of things and making recommendations for process improvements.
Proficiency in Spanish (C1/ C2) & English (B1/B2), spoken and written.
