We are entering a new phase of scale and are looking for a Head of HR to build the infrastructure, rigor, and performance systems needed to support a high-growth, international organization.
The role
We are seeking a hands-on, execution-driven Head of HR with a strong focus on People Operations, performance management, and organizational scalability.
This is not a traditional “people & culture” role. We are looking for someone who thrives in structure, accountability, and data-driven decision-making, and who can build and enforce the frameworks that enable high performance across the company.
You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our people systems scale with the business, supporting growth, efficiency, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance & Accountability Systems
Design and implement a company-wide performance management framework (OKRs, scorecards, review cycles)
Drive performance tracking and reporting at individual, team, and company levels
Ensure clear accountability structures across all functions
Support leadership in managing underperformance and high-performance differentiation
2. Organizational Design & Scalability
Define and evolve organizational structures aligned with growth strategy
Lead headcount planning and workforce modeling
Ensure role clarity, proper leveling, and efficient team structures
Build scalable HR processes for a multi-market organization
3. Compensation & Incentives
Design and manage compensation frameworks (salary bands, variable compensation, incentives)
Align incentives with business performance and revenue goals
Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee all HR operations (contracts, policies, labor compliance, international employment)
Ensure compliance with Spanish and international labor laws
Optimize HR tools, systems, and data infrastructure
5. Talent Management (Execution-Focused)
Improve hiring processes with a focus on quality, speed, and predictability
Define clear role scorecards and evaluation frameworks
Support leadership in making data-driven hiring and promotion decisions
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to People Operations, performance systems, and organizational design
Proven experience in high-growth, international, or tech environments
Strong track record building structured HR frameworks from scratch
Deep understanding of performance management, compensation, and workforce planning
Comfortable operating as a hands-on builder, not just a strategist
Strong analytical mindset; ability to use data to drive decisions
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law (experience with multi-country setups is a plus)
