We, at Shalion, enable brands to make smarter business decisions in eCommerce, based on actionable data and insights providing information on online product prices, availability, share of search, etc. in more than 800 e-retailers and 50 different countries. Our client portfolio includes industry giants such as Heineken, Lego, Danone, and Nestlé.
The role
As an IT Support at Shalion, you are expected to:
- Provide support with hardware for equipment, meeting rooms, and network hardware.
- Provide support with Windows and MacOS software (user support).
- Create and maintain an updated inventory of company assets locally.
- Provide support with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and other tools used by the company.
- Support auditing, control, and maintenance tasks for ISO 27001 compliance.
- Manage IT equipment policies and general IT administration.
- Office network management (including configuration of the second line, the business one).
- Support and manage other offices/business tools and software.
- Identify and propose areas to maximize user experience and productivity in the working environment
Your profile should include the following:
- Experience with Microsoft Admin console and Google Workspace.
- Single sign-on integrations
- Domain creation and management
- Technical documentation in our wiki in Notion
- English proficiency (as multiple employees in the company are international).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks
Ideally, you will also have:
- Basic experience with cloud providers (AWS)
- Basic experience with IaC
